5The estate of Eduard Arnhold Berlin • 1925–1939 Eduard Arnhold had stipulated in his testament that the collection be kept together in his house and made accessible to the public for ten years after the death of his wife. Johanna Arnhold passed away in 1929, and in 1939, the collection was divided among the heirs, E-Mail Correspondence between Christoph Kunheim, great-grandson of Eduard Arnhold, and Foundation E.G. Bührle Collection, November 2020–June 2021.
